Description

Own the quality assurance lifecycle for software releases, designing and maintaining automated test scripts and documentation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UFT for authentication, permissions, and role-based access.
• Execute API testing and automation using Postman, SOAPUI, or JMeter to verify service integrity.
• Prepare UAT test cases aligned with business requirements and conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Log, track, and prioritize defects in Jira, maintaining requirements traceability matrices in SharePoint.
• Perform SQL queries (CRUD) to validate data integrity across development, test, and UAT environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on automation and SDLC processes.
• Proficiency in UFT for functional and regression automation.
• Strong SQL skills for database verification and data validation.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SOAPUI, or JMeter.
• Hands-on experience with Xray for test case management and Jira for defect tracking.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
• Ability to work independently in an Agile/Scrum environment under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with code coverage tools and system analysis.
