Description

Own quality assurance for digital products, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and leading QA testers in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA testers, providing direction and solutions based on best practices.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure enterprise conformance within agile projects.
• Perform accessibility testing using ADA tools like WAVE, JAWS, axe, and ANDI across multiple devices and browsers.
• Utilize Jira and GitLab for test management and tracking.
• Validate digital products against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level AA standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of accessibility testing tools: JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, TalkBack, WAVE, axe, ANDI.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and GitLab.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and UAT processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• CPWA or WAS certification.
