Responsibilities

• Drive product quality initiatives to maintain high standards of software delivery.
• Work with development teams to integrate quality processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in banking and payment solutions.
• Support the quality team in scaling processes and methodologies as the company grows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
• Strong expertise in Test Planning and execution.
• Proficiency in Bug Tracking tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with development teams to embed quality into the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the fintech or payments industry.
• Knowledge of banking and financial products.
