Description

You will own software quality assurance to ensure product stability and functionality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and checklists based on functional requirements.
• Perform feature validation, exploratory testing, sanity, smoke, and regression testing.
• Use Postman to validate APIs and support backend testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure complete test coverage.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Proficiency in functional testing and test design techniques.
• Practical experience managing the defect lifecycle.
• Basic hands-on experience with Postman for API validations.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, structured test cases and reports.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to JMeter or other load/performance tools.
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail or Zephyr.
