Evaluate customer transactions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality assurance workflow for assigned transactions.
• Evaluate transactions to ensure compliance with required processes and service quality standards.
• Complete all assigned transaction evaluations and participate in internal and external calibration sessions.
• Generate timely and accurate reports to keep management updated on performance.
• Analyze data to produce strategies and suggestions for process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, constructive, and professional interaction.
• Experience in process transformation for at least six months.
• Ability to build professional rapport and work effectively within a team.
• Maintain communication with clients and team members to resolve issues and meet expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide constructive feedback based on observations.
