Description

You will execute manual testing, manage defect lifecycles, and ensure software quality within Agile and Waterfall environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create test scenarios, cases, and steps aligned with functional requirements.
• Perform manual testing and update status using ALM tools.
• Identify defects and document clear reproduction steps in Jira and ALM.
• Retest fixes in a timely manner to ensure software quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality analysis.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and ALM tools.
• Experience with Waterfall and Scrum frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments.
• Technical familiarity with MS Visio, ServiceNow, Oracle, and SharePoint.
