Description

Lead testing efforts for small to medium-sized projects, managing a team of one to two testers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system analysis, and technical specification finalization.
• Own test strategies, plans, schedules, resource allocation, and expense estimates.
• Drive software quality assurance by managing regression test suites and conducting requirement, design, and test case reviews.
• Facilitate defect triage through root cause analysis and lead status discussions with business owners and stakeholders.
• Execute testing for the end-to-end data lifecycle, covering source data ingestion, batch data, and transformations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with prior test lead experience.
• Proven ability to manage testers and deliver comprehensive testing documentation.
• Deep knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in banking projects or the wealth management domain.
• Expertise in creating automation test scripts and managing test data preparation.
• Proficiency in Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Script development.
• Experience performing mapping analysis and executing data scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience within the wealth management domain.
