Description

You will manage end-to-end testing for mobile devices, hardware, and connected accessories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform test planning, test case development, and execution using manual and automated methods.
• Test mobile devices, Bluetooth accessories, home speakers, platforms, and hardware.
• Analyze test failures, troubleshoot scenarios, and file detailed defect reports.
• Escalate key quality issues and drive them to resolution.
• Provide regular progress updates and submit reports for your assigned area of work.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Quality Analyst or in a related role.
• Proven experience in test planning, test design, test authoring, and execution.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience testing mobile devices, hardware, home technologies, and Bluetooth accessories.
• Ability to work with limited guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with Virtual Assistants.
