Drive quality engineering for secure banking services and seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and analysts to identify risks early and resolve bugs.
• Design test approaches and optimize execution across functional and non-functional coverage.
• Build scripts and tools to implement and continuously improve test outcomes.
• Coach engineers on test-driven development approaches to prevent coding defects.
• Maintain hygiene for test case creation, script creation, execution, and defect logging.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in application testing or QA.
• At least 1 year of hands-on programming experience in Golang, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong experience with API testing, contracts, and mocking.
• Experience developing and implementing QA automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL, Selenium, HTML, and Jira.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI tools such as Cloudbuild, GitHub Actions, Docker, or Jenkins.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure deployments in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience working within complex integrated banking environments.
