Description

Lead business requirements definition and documentation from discovery through user acceptance testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process flows, use cases, and test plans to define detailed business requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.
• Conduct customer and market needs analysis to develop product and internet systems requirements.
• Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including the creation of training plans.
• Collaborate with product, relationship management, quality assurance, and project management teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business requirements analysis and documentation.
• Proven ability to design and map complex process flows.
• Experience managing requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Strong background in Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Competency in Project Management and relationship management.
• Ability to translate client tactical goals into functional technical requirements.
• Experience conducting market needs analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with internet systems requirements.
• Background in training plan creation.
