Description

You will lead the definition and documentation of business requirements from initial discovery through to user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business requirements definition, including the analysis of process flows, use cases, and test plans.
  • Act as the primary liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.
  • Conduct customer and market needs analysis to develop detailed product and internet systems requirements.
  • Manage all stages of the requirements lifecycle, including the creation of training plans.
  • Collaborate with product, relationship management, quality assurance, and project management teams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Proven ability to design and map complex process flows.
  • Experience managing requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Strong background in Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Competency in Project Management and relationship management.
  • Ability to translate client tactical goals into functional technical requirements.
  • Experience conducting market needs analysis.
