You will lead the definition and documentation of business requirements from initial discovery through to user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements definition, including the analysis of process flows, use cases, and test plans.
- Act as the primary liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.
- Conduct customer and market needs analysis to develop detailed product and internet systems requirements.
- Manage all stages of the requirements lifecycle, including the creation of training plans.
- Collaborate with product, relationship management, quality assurance, and project management teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business requirements analysis and documentation.
- Proven ability to design and map complex process flows.
- Experience managing requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Strong background in Quality Assurance methodologies.
- Competency in Project Management and relationship management.
- Ability to translate client tactical goals into functional technical requirements.
- Experience conducting market needs analysis.
