Description

You will ensure system integrity by managing testing processes and resolving data quality issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed test scripts and execute testing for upcoming patches to determine release readiness.
• Track technical tickets and coordinate with vendors and IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and address data quality issues, including duplicate patients, bad merges, and invalid vaccines.
• Analyze business needs to document requirements and translate them into technical system specifications.
• Use PHC-Hub and IQ to generate reports notifying providers and EMR vendors of data errors.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Business/Quality Analyst roles.
• 4+ years of full-time professional experience in an Information Technology environment.
• 4+ years of experience writing test scripts and performing user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in Acceptance Testing, Business Analytics, and Software Testing.
• Experience with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management.
• Ability to design and implement technical system solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with IT experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health informatics for requirement development.
