Description

Conduct audits and provide structured feedback to improve process quality. Perform root cause analysis and prepare training needs assessments (TNA/TNI) for 100% closure. Deliver real-time support on the floor and participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and provide structured feedback for the targeted entire population.
• Perform root cause analysis and make recommendations on quality improvement.
• Prepare, publish, and execute TNA/TNI for 100% closure.
• Participate in inter-MSP calls and calibrations to ensure consistent scoring.
• Conduct fortnight assessments to gauge team member process knowledge.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or KPO environments.
• High proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience with MS Office and G Suite.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback to associates.
• Strong data analysis skills for designated reports and decks.
• Active listening and reading comprehension capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in real-time production support.
