Description

Own quality audits, root cause analysis, and training needs assessments to drive process improvement and 100% closure. Deliver real-time floor support and lead calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring across the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and provide structured feedback to improve process quality for the entire population.
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare training needs assessments (TNA/TNI) for full closure.
• Deliver real-time support on the floor and participate in inter-MSP calibration sessions.
• Conduct fortnightly assessments to gauge team member process knowledge and identify gaps.
• Prepare and execute targeted quality improvement recommendations based on data analysis.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or KPO environments.
• High proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Experience with MS Office and G Suite.
• Strong data analysis skills for generating designated reports and decks.
• Ability to coach and provide structured feedback to associates.
• Active listening and strong reading comprehension capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in real-time production support.
