Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from strategy design to automated execution and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation strategies and maintenance plans for test scripts.
• Identify specific test cases and areas suitable for automation based on risk and value.
• Build and maintain environment-specific test suites across DEV, UAT, QAT, and PRE-PROD.
• Organize defect management processes and conduct regression testing to ensure release quality.
• Create test planning and sprint planning documents, including testing data management plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
• 5+ years of experience using Selenium, Provar, or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of Java for test development and maintenance.
• Experience designing and implementing test automation strategies.
• Ability to select and identify test cases for automation.
• Experience managing test environments and integrating with application life cycle management tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to publish automated test execution results and present findings via PowerPoint for release planning.
