Description

Lead test strategy planning, design, and execution for complex software initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute functional, non-functional, regression, exploratory, UI, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Partner with developers, BAs, and product owners to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Guide automation specialists to minimize manual work and catch defects early.
• Mentor QA staff, manage defect tracking, and drive best practices in testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in software quality assurance with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
