Description

You own the quality assurance process across the application lifecycle, ensuring robust testing procedures from design through release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into detailed test cases and maintain the Test vs. RTM Matrix.
• Execute integration test cases covering all system integration points.
• Coordinate defect triage calls with design and development teams.
• Manage QA team activities, including effort estimations, task allocation, and creating status dashboards in Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in quality assurance.
• Experience creating and executing Test Cases.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and triage.
• Familiarity with Performance Testing execution.
• Ability to analyze and document current systems and processes.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and developers.
