Description

You will manage software testing throughout the pre- and post-release stages of the development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal test plans, use cases, test scripts, and scenarios.
• Write test cases based on system requirements and document application specifications, design, and features.
• Identify, reproduce, and report bugs to development teams, tracking defects and test status.
• Define and track quality assurance metrics, including defect counts and test results.
• Perform quality audits across IT functions to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance and business process documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of the software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Proficiency in writing and executing MS SQL scripts.
• Experience with test planning, test case development, and test script execution.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data for software process evaluation and improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
