Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for web, mobile, and API components within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for accuracy, completeness, and testability.
• Define testing scope, approach, risks, and assumptions for each project.
• Design, build, and prioritize test cases, executing manual tests before automating stable features.
• Develop automated test scripts using JavaScript with control flow logic and custom utilities.
• Execute API testing and integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines for scheduled runs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and the full SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript-based web UI automation frameworks (e.g., Jest, Puppeteer).
• Proficiency in testing REST APIs using Postman and JMeter.
• Ability to run backend queries using SQL and MongoDB to validate data flow.
• Experience integrating automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to use tools like Splunk to view and query logs.
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance testing.
