Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing process and product rollout into production environments.
- Conduct moderately complex process monitoring, product evaluation and audit assignments with detailed reporting.
- Ensure project standards and procedures exist, are fully documented and followed throughout software development lifecycle.
- Monitor products for conformance to standards and processes for conformance to established procedures.
- Document findings and perform preliminary root causes analyses to provide recommended improvements.
- Ensure all corrective actions are properly assigned, documented and completed in timely manner.
- Verify traceability in project work products and maintain comprehensive quality documentation.
- Gather, maintain and create detailed reports on quality metrics for management review.
- Make evaluative judgments based on factual information analysis and resolve problems through technical experience.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members and support their professional development.
- Assess risk when business decisions are made while safeguarding company reputation and client assets.
Experience Required: 5+ years Quality Assurance experience in Financial Service industry preferred with demonstrated experience in requirement reviews, test case design and execution.
Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience required
