Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing process and product rollout into production environment.
• Conduct moderately complex process monitoring, product evaluation and audit assignments while reporting issues and recommendations.
• Ensure project standards and procedures exist, are clearly documented and followed throughout software development lifecycle.
• Monitor products for conformance to standards and processes for conformance to established procedures.
• Document findings and perform preliminary root causes analyses to provide recommended improvements for processes.
• Ensure all corrective actions are properly assigned, documented and completed within specified timeframes.
• Verify traceability in project work products and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes.
• Gather, maintain and create detailed reports on quality metrics for management review and analysis.
• Make evaluative judgments based on factual information analysis and resolve problems through technical experience.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members and support their integration into quality processes.

Experience Required: 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in the Financial Service industry preferred. Experience in requirement reviews and ability to identify, communicate and document discrepancies. Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle and QA methodologies.

Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
