Own quality assurance processes, user acceptance testing, and product compliance within the financial services sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support user acceptance testing initiatives and manage product rollouts to production environments.
• Conduct process monitoring, product evaluations, and audit assignments to identify issues and recommendations.
• Ensure project standards are documented, followed, and verified throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Document findings, perform root cause analyses, and track corrective actions to completion.
• Gather quality metrics, create detailed reports for management, and provide guidance to new team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test case design.
• Experience with requirements review and identifying discrepancies.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and process monitoring.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
