Description

You will own the quality assurance process for internal communication products through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated UI and API testing, including regression, black box, white box, and security testing.
• Build test strategies by developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
• Perform load, stress, smoke, and sanity testing to ensure product stability.
• Investigate product issues using root cause analysis and manage defects within JIRA.
• Compile and analyze statistical data to drive quality process improvements.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing for both UI and API.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Ubuntu, and Linux systems.
• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of Git (GitLab/GitHub) and cloud deployments like AWS.
• Proficiency with Postman and Grafana tools.
• Strong expertise in JIRA for defect management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
• Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Nagpur.
