Description

You will own the quality assurance process for internal communication products through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing covering UI, API, regression, black box, and white box methodologies.
• Build comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
• Investigate product issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure stability.
• Conduct security, load, stress, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Manage defect reporting and lifecycle using JIRA and compile statistical data to drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman.
• Hands-on experience with Mongo and MySQL databases.
• Experience working across Windows, Ubuntu, and Linux systems.
• Knowledge of Git (GitLab/GitHub) operations.
• Exposure to cloud deployments via AWS.
• Ability to use Grafana for monitoring and analysis.
• Strong documentation skills and defect management in JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
