Description

You lead testing for large-scale projects, defining practices and driving automation initiatives across multiple teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive testing standards and practices across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, technical specifications, and test cases.
• Build and drive test automation initiatives using AccelQ, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Execute manual testing, write test plans, and manage testing schedules as assigned.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage related timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and test leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform testing.
• Proficiency in building automation tests using AccelQ, Selenium, or comparable frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in manual testing, including writing and executing complex test cases.
• Proven experience managing testing activities and leading teams.
• Ability to coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
