Description

You will own the end-to-end testing process for Java applications and mainframe systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Execute test program changes, update test files, and validate results against requirements.
• Identify, log, and troubleshoot bugs to ensure software correctness.
• Prepare program-level and user-level documentation to support the SDLC.
• Manage testing goals and deadlines through clear team guidance and collaboration.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience testing Java programs.
• Proven experience with DB2 and Postgres, including complex queries and data verification.
• Deep understanding of JCL on IBM/DELL mainframe operating systems.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for defect tracking and management.
• Solid understanding of the full SDLC, including integration testing and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and correct data errors.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with Kofax.
