Description

Lead a team of QA developers to ensure system resilience and high-quality backend delivery. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage QA developers, providing technical guidance and growth plans.
• Oversee the creation, execution, and documentation of test cases to ensure adherence to standards.
• Integrate manual test cases into automation and regression suites continuously.
• Plan and execute extensive load testing for services.
• Analyze requirements to assess change impact, define timelines, and identify performance issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and technical leadership.
• Proficiency with Java and Selenium for automation.
• Experience debugging and solving issues within cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of AWS, RDS, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot and Terraform.
• Deep understanding of architecture in highly scalable and available environments.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation for boundary cases and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
