Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for healthcare and Medicaid operations systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, including regression, UI, negative, and usability testing.
• Maintain traceability from test cases to business requirements and ensure QA governance.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts and manage defect lifecycles.
• Participate in defect triage and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and test artifacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test case and scenario development.
• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid or healthcare operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field.
• Proficiency with formal testing tools and defect management systems.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with large enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence.
