Description

Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle to ensure software quality and requirement coverage.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, scripts, and cases based on client requirements and specifications.
• Execute functional and non-functional test cases to validate system behavior.
• Automate regression test cases to improve testing efficiency using Selenium.
• Maintain a traceability matrix to ensure full test case coverage.
• Document bug reports, test results, and test data sets.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in creating test plans, scripts, cases, and data sets.
• Experience with Test Automation using Selenium or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Unit, Functional, and Non-Functional testing.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.

• Any Graduate degree.
