Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the quality and delivery strategy for a digital solution to enable service business.
• Establish and govern quality standards, delivery metrics, and best practices across the SDLC.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality deliveries while balancing speed, risk, and stability. Drive shift-left quality, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Product Owners on backlog readiness, acceptance criteria, and release decisions.
• Guide teams on testable, scalable, and maintainable architectures across Azure, .NET, and React solutions. Ensure secure-by-design solutions and compliance with data protection and governance standards.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted tools to improve quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
• Actively promote Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Skills Required:

• Required bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 15-20 years of experience in software development, quality, or delivery leadership roles.
• Strong experience with Azure-based platforms and modern application architectures.
• Solid understanding of .NET and React technology stacks.
• Proven track record in quality governance and delivery management for enterprise platforms.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
