Own the quality and delivery strategy for digital solutions, ensuring predictable, high-quality releases across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and govern quality standards, delivery metrics, and best practices across the SDLC.
  • Drive shift-left quality, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness, acceptance criteria, and release decisions.
  • Guide teams on testable, scalable, and maintainable architectures across Azure, .NET, and React.
  • Ensure secure-by-design solutions and compliance with data protection and governance standards.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in software development, quality, or delivery leadership.
  • Strong expertise with Azure-based platforms and modern application architectures.
  • Solid understanding of .NET and React technology stacks.
  • Proven track record in quality governance and delivery management for enterprise platforms.
  • Experience driving adoption of AI-assisted tools for quality and productivity.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI-enabled productivity initiatives and digital transformation.
  • Background in global R&D environments with a focus on safety and integrity.
