Description

You will support product development, customer deployment, and services for Smart Factory and Smart Factory Rx automation products.

Responsibilities

• Test new builds, patches, and versions before customer release.
• Triage and troubleshoot issues across CIM environments, including MES, equipment automation, CMMS, and message bus.
• Coordinate with customer internal teams, systems administration, and IT to deploy and optimize CIM solutions.
• Develop and deliver statements of work (SOW) and respond to requests for proposal (RFP).
• Implement continuous improvement standards such as 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5-Whys.
• Perform software installations and create technical training or demonstrations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing as a process, software, IT, or manufacturing engineer.
• Experience with factory automation applications, specifically MES and equipment automation.
• Knowledge of application integration and EAI.
• Familiarity with SEMI standards.
• Experience with recipe management, process control, planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages: R, Python, C#, Java, or C++.
• Ability to present technical information to customers and managers.
