You will define the enterprise test architecture and automation strategy for cloud-native products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish standardized frameworks for UI, API, integration, and performance testing across the organization.
• Drive shift-left quality practices and test-driven engineering methodologies throughout development teams.
• Design quality gates and release readiness criteria to ensure high-quality product deliveries.
• Architect reusable, scalable test automation frameworks leveraged across multiple projects.
• Lead CI/CD integration of automated test suites to streamline deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Architecture roles.
• Strong programming expertise in Java and Python.
• Proficiency in Test Automation, API Testing, and Performance Testing.
• Experience with CI/CD, Cloud Platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Design validation frameworks for AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud deployments.
• Implement API-first and microservices-based test strategies for distributed systems.
• Lead performance, scalability, and resiliency testing initiatives for enterprise applications.
• Define quality standards for containerized and Kubernetes environments.
• Partner with DevOps and SRE teams for observability-driven validation.
