Description

You will manage quality control processes to ensure all products meet regulatory and industry standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control checks, including ingredient analysis, packaging inspection, and performance testing.
• Identify, report, and resolve product defects in coordination with the production team.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for all product lines.
• Collaborate with development teams to test and validate new product formulas.
• Analyze customer feedback and reviews to recommend product improvements.

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience in quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards for beauty and personal care products.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail for spotting potential quality issues.
