Description

Perform comprehensive testing of technical solutions to identify, isolate, and resolve software and system issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements, business policies, and technical designs into detailed test cases and scenarios.
• Develop and execute manual functional, regression, smoke, usability, and boundary tests.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability via Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
• Analyze test results to identify root causes, then track defects through triage and resolution.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and status updates to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing, including functional and regression testing.
• 2+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test scenarios.
• 3+ years in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, preferably Medicaid.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in defect tracking, analysis, and retesting.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, Healthcare, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years working with large enterprise or e-business systems.
• 3+ years using QA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Experience with technical or project management certifications.
