Description

You own the quality assurance lifecycle for AEM-powered websites and applications. You collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable test strategies. Your work ensures functional integrity, accessibility, and performance across all environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for AEM functionality, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate AEM components, templates, workflows, and content hierarchies across staging and production environments.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard management tools, ensuring clear reproduction steps and resolution tracking.
• Perform regression testing to verify that new features and updates do not disrupt existing site functionality.
• Conduct cross-browser, responsive, and accessibility testing to ensure consistent user experience.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of total quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years focused on functional testing of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) websites.
• Deep understanding of AEM architecture, content management systems, authoring capabilities, and page composition.
• Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems for rigorous documentation of test cases and results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex AEM implementations and pinpoint potential issues.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong initiative in improving testing processes and methodologies with exceptional documentation discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
