Description

Ensure the reliability, security, and accessibility of the modernized Unemployment Insurance Employer Portal. You will own testing activities across development, user acceptance, and production environments for frontend components built on .NET 8.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct end-to-end testing for frontend applications.
• Validate compliance with DWD performance, documentation, and security standards.
• Execute test plans across development, UAT, and production environments.
• Identify and track defects to ensure rigorous quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues in .NET 8 environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience testing .NET 8 applications.
• Proficiency in testing Blazor or MVC frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software security and accessibility standards.
• Experience managing testing across multiple environments (Dev, UAT, Prod).
• Ability to enforce rigorous documentation and compliance standards.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in performance metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Unemployment Insurance or government compliance projects.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools for .NET ecosystems.
