Description

Drive software quality through formal test planning, automation, and rigorous execution. You will own the release pipeline integrity and defect resolution process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Define and track quality metrics including defect counts, test results, and overall test status.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project schedules.
• Perform quality audits across IT functions to ensure adherence to established standards and methodologies.
• Collaborate with POs, BAs, and developers to resolve documented problems and integrate process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of overall QA testing experience.
• 3+ years of hand-coded Python scripting experience.
• Proven experience in automated testing and QA testing for JAVA middleware.
• 3+ years of Windows software QA experience within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficiency with REST, JSON, and API testing.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Javascript, Jscript, VBScript, or C#.
• Competency with Jenkins, Splunk, Swagger, and TestRail.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows or software systems.
