Description

You will manage software quality through formal testing, automation, and process evaluation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal test plans, scripts, and automation suites.
• Define and track QA metrics including defect counts, test results, and status.
• Analyze data to evaluate software processes and integrate improvements.
• Document technical issues and assist in their resolution.
• Conduct quality audits across IT functions to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems development or testing.
• Proficiency in Test Planning and writing test cases/scripts.
• Proficiency in Test Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Ability to work on projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior technical staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as an internal consultant for business and technical teams.
• Ability to provide quality process training.
