Description

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and automation efforts to support application modernization within an Agile/Scrum team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UAT test phase to ensure application readiness for modernization.
• Create and execute manual test cases in collaboration with business users.
• Develop and execute automation test scripts to increase coverage and reduce repetitive testing time.
• Perform API and Performance Testing on modernized applications.
• Test ServiceNow applications using established QA methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in UAT processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr for test management.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and Postman.
• Experience with Selenium or Tricentis Tosca for automation.
• Ability to design and execute API and Performance tests.
• Experience testing ServiceNow applications.
