Description

You will manage end-to-end testing processes to ensure software integrity and functional requirements are met.

Responsibilities

  • Define testing objectives, scope, and approaches for various software components.
  • Write detailed QA test plans, scenario scripts, and maintain defect logs.
  • Create data sets for positive, negative, and regression testing scenarios.
  • Execute regression, stress, and load testing to ensure system stability.
  • Validate data and functionality integrity across multiple integrated components.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience testing Salesforce platform applications.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and tracking.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Iterative, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Data/Messaging exchange between systems.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and Database Management.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Web-based, and MS Access applications.
  • Knowledge of the SDLC, including test procedures and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or Cucumber.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
  • QA or Salesforce Certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Test Manager.
