Description

You will validate application functionality by creating and executing test cases based on business, functional, and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
• Log defects and facilitate triage sessions with the IT Applications team.
• Validate defect resolutions and implement adjustments to maintain project progress.
• Conduct testing across multiple browsers and platforms, including desktop, mobile, and network devices on Windows, Android, and iPhone.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality application delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in functional testing of enterprise applications.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and software specifications to create test cases.
• Proven experience writing technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and scripts.
• Experience testing client-server and web-based applications.
• Proficiency with IT service management, ticketing systems, or defect tracking tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Technical proficiency with Java, C#, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HASTUUS, Trapeze FX, or Trapeze OPS.
• Understanding of performance, load, and penetration testing methodologies.
• Experience using debugging tools like Chrome Developer Tools or Firefox Firebug.
