Description

You will ensure functional and business requirements are met across multiple applications through rigorous testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain defect logs, suggest improvements, and re-test fixes.
• Perform regression, stress, and performance testing while evaluating usability and accessibility.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and provide post-implementation project support.
• Execute testing across Windows, Web-based, and MS Access applications.
• Negotiate and apply appropriate testing methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, or Test Sigma.
• Minimum one year of experience testing the Salesforce platform.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile testing approaches.
• Basic understanding of SQL and Database Management.
• Experience with Data/Messaging Exchange between systems.
• Familiarity with Windows and Web-based applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with complex system integrations.
