Description

Own the testing lifecycle for technical solutions, isolating complex issues and driving quality assessments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, and test cases for product and development teams.
• Design and support user interface testing, regression testing, and automated testing scripts under oversight.
• Implement testing programs covering negative testing, usability, and reliability to expose security flaws and defects.
• Maintain databases for product defects, user reviews, and functional improvements.
• Coordinate with software engineers to recommend solutions for performance and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios.
• 3+ years building test cases and scenarios into test systems.
• 2+ years testing IBM CuraM software.
• Proficiency with Jira and SDLC processes.
• Strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) expertise.
• Ability to document test scenarios, cases, and execution activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with large enterprise or e-business systems.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically Medicaid, and business processes.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian tool suite, including Confluence.
