Description

You will own the quality assurance process for software development and product management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, QA processes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases.
• Design and execute UI, regression, and negative testing to ensure stability and usability.
• Lead quality assessment projects to identify security flaws, defects, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements and policy documentation into detailed test cases and scenarios.
• Create QA documentation, reports, and maintain test databases for defects and functional improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios.
• 3+ years building test cases and scenarios into test systems.
• 2+ years testing IBM Curam software.
• Ability to document and support the development of test scenarios/cases and execute testing activities.
• Strong communication skills to publish QA status reports and articulate issues to development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years experience in large enterprise or e-business systems.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence).
