Description

Own functional, regression, and UI testing to ensure application reliability and stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA/UAT processes.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, design, and test cases.
• Design and implement manual and automated testing scripts.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Create and maintain QA documentation, reports, and status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into test cases and scenarios.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes (Waterfall & Agile).
• Hands-on experience in manual and/or automated testing.
• Strong ability to track, analyze, and report defects and testing status.
• Experience with test design tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence.
• 5+ years working in large enterprise or e-business environments.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
