Description

You will execute advanced testing for small to large-scale projects to ensure technical solution stability and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, UAT processes, and test cases for product management and software development teams.
• Perform negative, usability, and regression testing to identify defects, security flaws, and optimization areas.
• Design and run automated testing scripts with oversight for deployment.
• Maintain a database of product defects, user reviews, and functional improvements.
• Document and publish status reports regarding open issues and gaps found during test phases.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios.
• 3 years of experience building test cases and scenarios into test systems.
• 2 years of experience testing IBM CuraM software.
• Proficiency in test plans, UAT, and regression testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with large enterprise or e-business systems.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically Medicaid.
