Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for large enterprise systems, translating business requirements into test cases and executing comprehensive testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and policy documentation into detailed test cases and scenarios.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts using established guidelines.
• Execute formal test design techniques including Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis.
• Document and support test scenario development, execution, and status reporting of open issues.
• Communicate test results, gaps, and articulations to development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• 5+ years translating business requirements into test cases and building test systems.
• 3+ years’ experience with Sahi Pro or Selenium Automation Framework.
• Direct hands-on experience with formal test design tools like PICT or equivalent orthogonal based tools.
• Working knowledge of process areas such as Spice, TPI, TMMI, CMMI OPF, OPD, or PPQA.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field, or 5+ years of equivalent QA experience.
• Superb written and oral communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years experience with large enterprise or e-business systems.
• 3+ years Medicaid or healthcare experience with deep knowledge of healthcare operations and business processes.
• Experience with X.12 Standards and HIPAA EDI Transactions.
