Description

You will test technical solutions, isolate issues, and translate requirements into test cases to ensure software quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional and technical test cases under the direction of senior testers.
• Translate business requirements and technical designs into comprehensive test scenarios.
• Create and maintain SDLC traceability from test cases to requirements and software components.
• Participate in defect triage, retesting, and resolution to drive issue closure.
• Generate quality assurance documentation and traceability matrices as required.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases.
• 2+ years of manual testing techniques, including functional, regression, smoke, usability, and boundary testing.
• 3+ years of deep knowledge of healthcare operations, preferably Medicaid.
• Experience with large enterprise or e-business systems.
• Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, Clienture DevOps, or TestRail.
• Understanding of standard SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

Preferred Skills

• Technical or Project Management certifications from recognized sources.
