Description

Own the testing lifecycle for technical solutions, translating requirements into test cases and isolating issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, and usability tests under the direction of test leads.
• Create and maintain SDLC traceability from test cases to requirements and software components.
• Participate in defect triage, retesting, and resolution to ensure issue closure.
• Generate quality assurance documentation and traceability matrices as required.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, boundary).
• 2+ years translating business or policy documentation into test scenarios.
• 3+ years of deep knowledge in healthcare operations, preferably Medicaid.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field (experience may substitute).
• Proficiency in SDLC tools and defect tracking.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years’ experience with large enterprise or e-business systems.
• 3+ years using QA tools such as Jira, Clienture DevOps, or TestRail.
• Experience working in both standard SDLC (waterfall) and AGILE delivery models.
